What will I need to provide?

It depends on the level of service. For the strategy session you just need to bring yourself and your latest financial information. If your bookkeeping is a bit behind, that’s ok, we can still have a great session with just the two of us.

For the training and the implementation we’ll need your financial statements, product/service information and current pricing so we can build some models and create tests to see how our strategies played out and tweak them as we go.

How much time does it take?

For our time together it depends on the level of service. The strategy session is usually 2-3 hours, the training is 8-9 hours over two or three days, and the implementation is a series of sessions over the course of 6 months.

I provide a range because I want to ensure you get what you need out of our time together. I don’t want to cut it short if we’re on a roll and our two hour mark passes.

Where do the meetings happen?

All of our meetings are online. I prefer to use Zoom video conferencing to make that happen, but if you have another service you’d prefer, I’m ok with that too.

Where are you located?

I’m located in Ottawa, Ontario. I work 100% online, which means I can help anyone with an internet connection.
